Do your kids (or significant other) keep asking you every month for a new and expensive game to play? Here’s a new and origin al, fun, rewarding and exciting free-to-play PC game Tribes Ascend. Can’t see why this is a tip? Try incentivising hard work by offering to buy gold on the game as a reward for completing coursework or getting the grade-3 for that super-awesome gun or upgrade they want is tuppence for that all important positive learning experience!

As a ‘cord-cutter’ always looking for better ways to watch online. TED is fantastic (if outside strictly legal bounds). On the legal side of things, Sky Sports offer a mobile access option for just 5GBP per month. Download the app from the App Store and subscribe from there. Lastly, Reflection App to mirror your iOS device onto your Mac - awesome for demos!

Watch out when deploying Symantec Endpoint Protection with Notes preloader in 8.5.2 and later. It seems to be SEP 11.0.7 and higher but don’t take my word on that. Basically it crashes Notes at log on and the only fix (so far) is here. So far the issue seems random (not all PC’s are affected), but YMMV.

Get on OpenNTF.org and try our latest stuff as a habit - whenever you can. Give us early feedback, and contribute where you can … it’s a great chance to influence XPages futures!

Thanks to the gracious assistance of the organisation team, we will be hosting a live panel discussion with studio audience on Thursday morning at 8:15-9:45am in Dolphin Europe 6.

We think this is a perfect spot as we can review the conference in detail and this fits in just before the final-day events over at the Swan (Gurupalooza, Ask the PMs, Ask the Developers). We realise we are up against some terrific sessions, but that is true of any slot during the Lotusphere week.

As usual, we'll have a group of the finest guests from the community, including IBMers, partners and customers. We'll be reviewing the conference OGS, Lotusphere sessions, BoFs, the labs, events over at the new Connect event, the big product launches and updates.

They'll be a chance to ask questions (or heckle) from the audience, they'll be giveaways, and we'll of course be recording audio and video to share later. It promises to be great fun.

As announced on This Week in Lotus 084, Darren and Stuart will be back for another live TWiL show at Lotusphere 2012!

Thanks to the gracious assistance of the organisation team, we will be hosting a live panel discussion with studio audience on Thursday morning at 8:00-9:45am in one of the Dolphin Europe rooms (exact location to be confirmed). I think this is a perfect spot as we can review the conference in detail and this fits in just before the final-day events over at the Swan (Gurupalooza, Ask the PMs, Ask the Developers).

As usual, we'll have a group of the finest guests from the community, including IBMers, partners and customers. We'll be reviewing the conference OGS, Lotusphere sessions, the labs, events over at the new Connect event, the parties and even discussing the merits of Darren's karaoke performance at Kimonos (ok, maybe not the last one!)

They'll be a chance to ask questions (or heckle) from the audience, they'll be giveaways, and we'll of course be recording audio and video to share later. It promises to be great fun.

So, mark 8-9:45 on Thursday in your very busy Lotusphere diaries (we'll look to kick off recording before 8:30), and make sure you're there - it's definitely one Lotusphere event not to be missed!

#elsuapps is back and one of my current favourite ones at the moment is Air Dictate (Using Siri’s Speech to Text capabilities to dictate directly on your Mac! Brilliant idea! And a huge timesaver on the typing front!) … Since Darren doesn’t enjoy TweetDeck much, here is another option. My preferred and top notch Twitter client for Windows and Mac. Janetter is the name of the Twitter client.

	Barry Rosen (twitter I LinkedIn) Barry Rosen is an IBM IT Certified Managing Consultant with IBM Software Services for Lotus. During the last five years, he has worked on several global messaging and migration projects as well as performed Domino upgrades, messaging assessments, and client deployments. Currently, Barry has been heavily involved in LotusLive Notes cloud migrations and hybrid deployments, Prior to IBM Software Services for Lotus, he was a Software Engineer in Lotus Support for over five years. While in support, Barry was on several teams specializing in mail routing, Lotus Notes Client, calendaring and scheduling, and server core. Mr Rosen is a SME on clustering, Lotus Notes for the Macintosh, and rooms and resources. Barry is also a published author with several articles and books written on Lotus products.
	Susan Bulloch (blog \| Twitter ) Susan currently works as a Support Engineer on the Lotus Notes Calendar and Scheduling Team. She has worked for IBM Lotus Software for more than 11 years in software support and development positions.She has worked with Lotus Notes and Domino since 1992 as an administrator, instructor, developer, and architect in banking and utility industries. Susan has a Bachelors degree in engineering and a Master’s degree in Information Technology. She holds certifications in all current Lotus Notes product releases. Susan is a frequent speaker at technical conferences, including LotuSphere, the View Admin conferences and at regional user group conferences worldwide. When not working, Susan likes to annoy insects and buzzards.
	Joyce Davis (blog \| twitter \| company) is community manager for IBM in the Collaboration Solutions or “Lotus” division. I help bring together clients, business partners and IBMers to share their knowledge and collaborate. I’ve “bled yellow” since 1983 when I used Lotus 1-2-3 version 1A for DOS to manage the WW Technical Education course schedule as an IBM co-op. (I was an infant, of course.) I joined Lotus full-time in 1993. I’ve worked in MANY different roles at IBM over the last 18 years including technical support, people management, project management, communications, program management and now community management. I’m a mom, wife, flutist, Apple fangirl, and social network addict. Although I wasn’t born in Austin, I got here as fast as I could about 35 years ago.

	Martin Donnelly (LinkedIn \| Twitter) is a software architect and team lead for the XPages runtime team in IBM Ireland and has worked on all four XPages releases from Notes/Domino 8.5 through 8.5.3. Martin lives in Cork with his wife, three daughters, and two greyhounds. He admits to playing soccer on a weekly basis (should have hung up his boots YEARS ago) and salmon angling during the summer when the opportunity presents itself.
	Tony McGuckin (LinkedIn \| Twitter) is a Senior Software Engineer on the IBM XPages development team working from the IBM Ireland Software Labs.
